We provide different levels of estimate details for different prices, based on your contract.

| 1 | Range estimate - a low and high range for this project | $20,000-$25,000 - a simple range is provided for this level. |
| 2 | Summary - categorical information with material and labor costs | Costs are organized by category (such as windows, exterior paint, trim, doors, plumbing, etc.) as well as displayed with Material, Labor and Total costs. |
| 3 | Detail - individual line item details | Each line item is called out along with material, labor, total costs, markup amounts, etc. |

An estimate request gets “counted” as an EU based on when the estimate is generated, meaning you can request to view that same estimate (by ID) many times over again without being charged. But each time you want to generate a new estimate, another unit is counted.
